HOLIDAY HOURS + CLOSURES

 

We strive to keep our schedule as regular as possible. However, sometimes emergencies do occur. If an instructor is sick, we will always do our best to find a replacement or, worst case scenario, we will email everyone registered if we need to cancel.

Regular Hours:

We are open 15 minutes before scheduled classes, or by appointment.

 

Weather Emergency Policy (i.e. snow days): 

 

We usually base our closures on West Valley School District's weather closures. If West Valley is closed due to road conditions, we will likely cancel our morning classes. We will always email everyone registered for class, if we need to cancel. So be sure to check your email on questionable days.

Sometimes the roads are better by afternoon, so those classes are on a case-by-case basis. If the news has warned to stay off the roads, please check your email to see if the class you've registered for is canceled, or email us. We will also put a sign up on the studio door when possible.

Holiday Closure:

 

We also close on the following holidays (unless there is a special workshop or event):

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

• New Years Eve, evening classes are usually canceled (besides special events)

• New Years Day (besides special events)

• For all other holidays (MLK Jr Day, Memorial Day, etc), we decide on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes just one instructor can teach, so we'll have a partial schedule on an occasional federal holiday. We will post on our schedule and on Facebook closer to each holiday.
