About the Facilities:
We will be staying in Spirit Lodge, a rustic 2-story lodge with 12 rooms. There are beautiful views of the lake from every bedroom, bathrooms across the hall of the bedrooms, and a large gathering room if we need to move our yoga inside (if the weather is really bad). There is an open-air, covered gazebo/deck on the grounds which we've used for yoga in the past. It has beautiful views, but you'll definitely want to bring warm clothing in case it's chilly!
The dining hall is a short walk from our lodge. There are walking trails (not paved) all over the grounds to get to all the different buildings. Bring your sneakers or hiking boots!

About Meals:
The meals will be served buffet-style. Each person will need to clear their own dishes. If you have dietary needs, please let me know when you register so I can get your information to the chef. mellowmonkeyyoga@gmail.com

Use this link to register. All rooms are double-occupancy. If you know who you want to share a room with, email us so I can assign you to a room together. If you don't have someone in mind, I will choose roommates. Also, if you have any dietary needs, please let me know asap so I can make sure our chef is able to accommodate your needs.

What to Bring & More Info:

-
Yoga Mat, any yoga props you would usually like/use. I will be bringing a few extra yoga mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, and enough yoga blankets for everyone to borrow 1 each.
-
Clothing for seasonal weather (outdoor clothes, shoes, yoga/exercise/comfortable clothing preferably layers since we'll be practicing outdoors--covered)
-
Flashlight or headlamp.
-
Umbrella or rain jacket if rain is expected.
-
Shoes appropriate for hiking if you want to hike. Sandals, tennis shoes, etc.
-
Sunscreen
-
Toiletries
-
Favorite pillow/blanket. Basic bedding is provided, but you might want your favorites, or extra warmth. (the lodge/cabin is heated)
-
Any extra snacks/drinks you'd like (some people bring wine to share...). There is a kitchen in our lodge we can use. We will also have a variety of snacks available for everyone.
-
Phone charger. I know not everyone will have great reception at the retreat. Last time I didn't have reception (t-mobile), but everyone who had AT&T seemed to have just fine reception. So it's safe to bet that most people in our group will have cell service. There is also a land line in the main office for emergencies. I'll have the number posted when we get there.
